GNP Defend Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum Order:
First-time wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of $500. Reorders must meet a $500 minimum for FREE Shipping.

2. Pricing:
All wholesale pricing is exclusive to approved dealers and subject to change without notice. Prices are listed in USD.

3. Payment Terms:
Payment is due prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit cards, ACH, wire, and PayPal. Net terms may be offered upon approval.

4. Shipping:
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Returns & Damages:
Wholesale orders can be returned minus shipping cost and 10% restocking fee. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt for replacement or credit.

6. MAP Policy:
Dealers must adhere to GNP Defend’s Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policy. Reselling on Amazon, Walmart, or similar third-party platforms without written approval is prohibited.

7. Territory & Branding:
GNP Defend reserves the right to approve all marketing and sales channels. Unauthorized use of our branding, trademarks, or images is prohibited.

8. Termination:
GNP Defend reserves the right to terminate wholesale relationships at any time for breach of terms or brand misrepresentation.
